LATE CANCELLATIONS

 Please understand when you cancel with out giving enough notice, Kelly misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. 


Cancellation with less than 48 hrs notice, will be charged 50% of the service value.


NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the

service value


*Fee must be paid in order to reschedule.

*Arriving more than 10 minutes after your

scheduled appointment may result in a

canceled service.

*Cards put on file at Booking will be charged in the event a No-show or Cancellation fee needs to be processed.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your color and cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within three days. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color, it only covers an error made on the stylist’s part. Full service price applies after three days. All guarantees will be determined by the stylist. We do not offer refunds for any hair services.

Kelly will not be liable nor redo hair color that has been done outside of our salon.  Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results.  Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.

CHILDREN

The Hive Salon aims to offer its clients a relaxing, complete salon experience. We prefer you come to your appointments alone but we understand sometimes it’s unavoidable and you may need to bring a child with you. Whether receiving a service or accompanying an adult, all children must possess the maturity to follow the instruction of the stylist and salon management to ensure their safety, and the safety of other clients and staff. Children are asked to sit respectfully while in the salon and are not permitted to play with the salon chairs or equipment. In an event where the child cannot adhere to this policy, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
